My first rating was a 5 star but!!!
My first rating was a 5 star, but is was premature as what ordered is not what i recieved, so i was very diasappointed after 10 days of waiting for a delayed delivery also. I will say that 365Rider did offer some compensation as a resolution which they did honor so no broken proimse there for which i am gratefull. But i am still sitting with an item i did not request as it would cost to much to send back at my expense so the reason for only 3 star rating. So now i need to try and sell the wrongly delivered item and then decide do i risk ordering with 365Rider again

Very Professional customer support …
Even though my original order stock had become unavailable initially.The way 365Rider team had let me know about my order issue they were very professional and very prompt with replies and options, fortunately for me they were able to Find stock of item and i am still able to now receive my order. For which i am grateful for
