The customer service line is hard to reach, their bot just broken altogether. They said they delivered my parcel but the parcel just never in the PO in the first time. Just one of the worst company out there

Absolutely the worst company ever. I never received my parcel and they just listened to the tracking that automatically update from the coyrier company. They did not help at all. My order is 76 euro. Do NOT ever order from this company
