Well what a gang of amateurs… ordered 3 sets of shelving units and didn’t turn up as they said it was damaged. Then waited for the “new” shelving units to come but they turned up like they was dragged to my address. As I missed the 24hr deadline to check if anything was missing to find out I’m missing parts so can’t use the shelving units. I tried emailing and calling any number I could find online but no response. Finally they responded saying that I should have got in touch with in the 24hr timeframe to check all the parts. Nothing was said about how the condition of the delivery after sending images with boxes with gaping holes in. So if you want my advice then I’d stay away from this lot.

Well I don’t normally write reviews but…

I’d honestly say in my professional opinion never to use these. They can’t do what you ask and you need to change your design to suite there needs. They are honestly the most unprofessional company I’ve come across. Really nice and say the right things to get more time and make you feel there on your side but watch when you question them.. They aren’t helpful at all and call you unfaithful and as if I’m scamming them. Honestly I can’t stress how bad these lot are. Could go on but please take it from me to consider using another company as these aren’t even from the UK and from Karachi so if I’d of known this I’d stay with a UK as thats what I thought the patches where getting made.
