Horrible return policy

I placed an order, but the item didn't fit. To return it, I have to ship it to another country, even though it was originally dispatched from my own country. They don’t provide a return label, so I have to pay for international shipping out of my own pocket. The shipping cost is almost as much as the item itself. Terrible. This is the last time I'm ordering from this store

I tried to withdraw my earnings via…

I tried to withdraw my earnings via PayPal, but PayPal declined the transfer. The withdrawal was then marked as cancelled, but the money was never returned to my Freecash balance.

I contacted support and was told to wait 24–48 hours while they reviewed my case. However, it has now been 7 days, and I still haven't received my money back.

I followed up multiple times, but my messages are being ignored and I haven't received any updates.

This is very disappointing. I just want my money returned to my balance so I can withdraw it again.

I hope Freecash support will finally respond and resolve this issue.
