Nice refurb.
Well overpriced and a little gestapo member of staff saying my 4 year old daughter and I were not allowed our water bottles, which were in clear plastic containers on the table and clearly contained water only.

Now, I fully understand no food and drink policies in places like this and of course agree they need the business from cafe to fund it. I’d already shown support for the launch by purchasing coffee and cake (which in my opinion was overpriced, but I get it, it’s a launch). But have some common sense! I didn’t bring in a packed lunch, I brought a sippy cup for when my daughter for when she gets thirsty. I have four children been coming to softplays for 20 years. Some good, some bad, but never come across one with such a moronic and rigid policy.

What this Wally didn’t understand was I’m more likely to put more money behind your counter if you’re reasonable. Won’t give your business a penny more now

Overpriced, cheaply made produce from China. If you ask for a refund don’t expect to get it. Shockingly bad. Avoid!
