Impressed with Product and Warranty Services
I’m super impressed with the customer service immediacy in process response and resolution. A HEXCLAD representative at COSTCO provided me with how to tackle the process of getting my pans replaced. AND Hexclad stands by their brand and warranty, as advertised. The warranty claim Team and process is impeccable. This looks favorably on Hexclad and the entire company. Thank you for your responsiveness that really seems to be less than 12-24-hours, but extremely reasonable. Less worries for me as a customer. Again, thanks 😊
