The parcel took ages to arrive. There was no paperwork in the box.
I had to ask for paperwork and then I could not work out where the return number was

I ordered two jumpers in march. I e mailed them several times. Being told they had been delayed and then that they were on the way. Now I get ignored. I still have not received what I paid for.i get no answer from my e mails. This company are a scam.

These people are scammers.
I bought a hat which was advertised as a wool fedora. It was polyester and so hard I couldn't wear it. They wouldn't answer my e mails and said they would refund me 20% and I could keep the hat. I said no and they gave me this stupid address in China and said they would refund when I returned the hat. To post back to China would cost £15.
In the end I asked for 50% refund.
I never got it!!

I have received my item which was supposed to be a wool hat. It is polyester and really hard and cheap. It doesn't fit my head and I can't get them to send me a refund. I have sent over 20 e mails. They have acknowledged that it breeches the trade description act but now they are choosing to ignore me.
This company are rubbish
