A complex maturity process well handled and communicated
Our Fixed Rate Saver had an excellent rate of interest. Just as important, on maturity we opted to split teh money 3 ways - one back to our designated account, the other two to two new Recognise accounts. Although this happened over a weekend (often an excuse for delay in my experience!) Recognise were clear in communication and prompt in moving the money exactly as we required.
