My order still has not turned up after ordering on 29th June. I contacted support multiple times to no reply... nothing in the spam folder either. The money has been taken from my account so I would like to know where my order is! They even contacted me to review products that I have not received. I still would like the products to turn up but I am not hopeful at this point... please FunnyFuzzy be honest about your delivery and improve your communication!! Where is my order?

I have been waiting for my order since 29th of June! We are at 24 working days now... they state between 5-12! The only communication I have had is a confirmation of order. I emailed in with my order number on 24th of July asking for an update and no response... the money has also already been taken from my account.
I feel as though the only thing I can do now is hope it appears at some point...
