Sales Team in Almere Poort(Zero Star)
In the first discussion with KK, the size of the kitchen that I provided was 271cms and I signed agreement, the cost was also discussed, later the technician came and measured as 280cms, however the final measurement was 266cms(they assume something), I taught people from KK are experts so I taught what they measured was correct, but they are not, now there is a huge gap between the wall and kitchen, KK said, I told them that I will remove the wall, but I never said that, finally to escape, they said, you have signed and it is your fault, to fix the 5cms gap they are asking me to pay 1100+ euros!
Note: The cost for the 271cms kitchen and 266cms are the same, how can this be possible?

Kitchen Delivery(Zero Star)
I was told that, before Kitchen delivery I should make sure the plastering work in the kitchen should be completed and the wall should be dry, I made sure Kitchen walls are fully dry however I was busy in plastering in my living room, the delivery people said, they cant deliver the kitchen because I am in the middle of plastering in the living room, they said, they cant deliver since I am plastering in the living room, this was never told and never written anywhere in the terms and condition, I requested them to show this condition in their documents, but they didn't, because they don't have! They charged 250 euros for this! Just thinking, what if I plaster my living room after a year? Or as per KK, I should not plaster the house until the warranty expiration period??

Experience with Installation(Zero Star)
Post installation there were few cutting and fitting issues(the light brown wood was visible easily in my black kitchen), I communicated this issue with KK, they promised that they are going to look into this, therefore Iam NOT fully satisfied with the installation service, I am very much afraid that they will ask my hard earned money to fix this as well.

There are many other issues also, that I will post in the google reviews with pictures, I kindly request you to read my review before you make an appointment with KK.

Overall my experience is very bad, terrible, frustrating, in short KK always thinks only about money NOT the customer satisfaction, I will never recommend KK to anybody in this world! Money minded people, please stay away from them to safe guard your money!

Dear Mr Twan Kok,
Indeed your service team called me, a person visited my house to view the kitchen and he accepted that the first two problems is a mistake, he in-turn identified a new damage that even I didnt notice, he promised me that these issues will be fixed, but ,my third issue will not be fixed because that issue was from the sales team, overall your customer service team is good.

However your sales is a night mare for me, they never respond to my calls/emails in reality they fully stopped responding to me(but they were responding to me very good before I signed the agreement, but after that NO, they dont even care about the customer), worst sales team ever seen in my life.
(Thanks for the people who liked this review, few people contacted me and I suggested them never to have any sales relation with KK, they agreed with me)
