Very disappointed
It took them 9 days to ship the order. I received no reply to my email enquiry. After one week I called to ask if the order could be cancelled. Reply was no. I asked if they could change the shipping method to express to expedite the delivery. The reply was no.
All they offered was to refund the shipping fee, but my order had free delivery, so that was as good as nothing.
When the order finally shipped, one item was cancelled.
The shipping company they use for the standard shipping to Finland is UPS, which is always super stressful, as UPS does not make a real effort to delivery to homes, and then you have to trek across town to their service point.
When I received the order, I discovered that they had shipped shoes that were 3 sizes smaller than what I had ordered.
Now it has been more than one week since they received the return shipment but they have not completed processing the refund (which their website says is done within 3 days).
This was such a drastic change to the responsiveness and service level The Outnet had before. I was so disappointed.
