I ordered 2 Combo Trio sets and the Collector Kit, and unfortunately the experience didn't match what's advertised on the website. One of the boxes arrived damaged, and on closer inspection, 3 of the nail packs had noticeable dark marks/discoloration on the nails themselves. On top of that, all 7 boxes I received had visible stripe-like marks, bubbles, or surface imperfections that made the nails look poorly finished rather than the salon-quality product promised.

I reached out to customer service to get this resolved, but the response has been very slow and not proactive I haven't felt like my concerns were being taken seriously or handled with any urgency.

I really wanted to love these nails, but between the packaging damage, visible quality defects across nearly the entire order, and slow and unresponsive support, I can't recommend this experience right now.
