Not sure where the negative reviews comes from however from my experience it was seemless. Bought a great package deal, equipment was sent on time and installation came on time and was effortlessly installed within an hour. Everything it up and running with expected speeds. However this is the first day with everything running so lets see if it holds out. The engineer named Mason and colleague carried out this job and did an amazing work

The product that was used was very effective but not only that customer service has been amazing. Due to not having to use the product no more I requested that my account be cancelled and refund issued which was carried out with no hassle whatsoever ever. If I ever need to use the product again no doubt I will return as a customer.

Edit: (Update) Definitely a drop shipping business please AVOID at all costs. Seller does not actually touch your order, the order gets sent to China where they manafacture it for cheap with cheap materials, expect to wait at least a month for your order.

Tried to contact the seller multiple times regarding a simple status of my order, however never heard back from them. Had to go directly to paypal to raise a case about this and is currently being resolved now.
