Deserves a zero star enterprise is unprofessional don’t need to be running a business if u have reservations. How u just short staff close the store and don’t even make arrangements for the reservations thats been booked month ago no email no nothing. People be warned this place as lousy customer service they don’t care and leave u hanging. With no email or phone call saying issue with reservation and too late to rent from anywhere else especially a damn van/suv this place needs shit down as I found out this their normal way of business

I have always rented from enterprise and this first time unprofessional I had reservations. Booked a month ago show up at Salem va building and closed due to staffing well no phone call nothing note says if u have reservations go to tanglewood. Well call them they have no vechike so yawl said hell with ur customers. Will never rent from yawl again and I will let every know about the sorry service yawl give. Leave people hanging when going out of town and show up pick up on day of traveling and don’t have the vechike that was reserved never again lazy sorry customer service. Never rent from yawl again ever
