Fake Vancleef Braclet
Ordered a Van Cleef bracelet and had it authenticated directly by Van Cleef & Arpels — it turned out to be counterfeit. I managed to get a full refund but it did take sometime.
I was already suspicious because they seemed to have a large number of Van Cleef bracelets available, including pieces I couldn’t find available anywhere else.
Unfortunately, my concerns were justified. I would strongly advise against purchasing Van Cleef jewellery from this seller, as the bracelet I received was not genuine.

Because we deal primarily in pre-owned items, our inventory can include rare, discontinued, or hard-to-find pieces that may not be readily available through other retailers. This can sometimes make our selection appear unusual compared with traditional retail stores.
That said, we take your concerns about authenticity extremely seriously. We never want a customer to feel uncertain about an item they have purchased from us. We are grateful that the matter was ultimately resolved with a full refund, although we sincerely apologise that the process took longer than you expected.
