Just had a very disappointing experience. I had 4 very low traffic static pages and a very low traffic wordpress page hosted on the free plan. This all worked fine for a couple months. today I get an email saying my acocunt is suspended for crossing the daily limit. I cannot even go manage the sites, its all blocked. I would have moved some of the pages or disabled, if i had prior notice. This is highly unprofessional. I know, nothing is free in this world, but that's just not the way to conduct business online.

Edit: After my account was reactivated I swiftly downloaded the wp site. And pretty much after that I got blocked again for CPU limit. (First one was Entry Process failure). I cannot even delete my account. Really, I cannot use the words here that I have for you guys.

SCAM! They called me (00447451252065), claiming I have a suspended MT5 account and they wanna help me recover it. I only had to look up their domains registration date (10 days back) to know for certain that its phishing.

It must be a scam, because a scammer called me, saying that I have an MT5 account there, which is not true.

It looks so legit and professional, but unfortunately IT IS A SCAM! I have purchased their charting and strategy around 2 years ago and very carefully tested the exact settings they used on the live streams. there was zero advantage at all. I looked more carefully and noticed that the streams had around 10-15 seconds delay which was perceft for second guessing entries as most of the trades closed within a very short span of time. It would be very easy to just run the strategy on two separate screens, one with the reversed strategy. if a trade was closed on loss they would have been able to switch screens for the live stream, provided the trade closed within the artificial delay time. This resulted in around 80-90% win rate, which is unfortunately too good to be true. There have not been any live streams for 6 months, so I wounder if they have been finally put behind bars.

Update: 5 days after leaving this review, I magically got an email from them (after 3 months of silence) about their new product. Orderflow is powerful, but this company is just so sketchy. Go elsewhere.

Absolute idiots! The website is so trash, you will get so confused that you will not know what you just bought untill you get bills on end... Support in the literal sense does not exist.

File a report to ombudscom.ch if you encounter payment issues with them.

Bought yearly plan and was charged for first month, since 2 weeks trying to login without success. Emailed support, no response. I thought they are reputed, but seems it's a scam. Blocked my card, just in case.

UPDATE: After submitting my review here, IONOS support emailed me and explained that the contact details I provided were not accepted. The transaction was cancelled. However, I would have appreciated an explanation upfront, there was no follow-up besides the order confirmation. Tank you.
