I was very impressed! The advice I received regarding the use and fitting of a the Hansgrohe cartridge I had purchased was professional, speedy and patient given my lack of knowledge. Harriet in the customer technician team was excellent. Two responses in short time allowed me to solve a problem that I'd had for months. I had previously sent 7 emails to other companies, most of whom did not even reply. Next time I will go straight to Hansgrohe who should be proud of their customer support.

Excellent service. Methodical, professional and overall impressive solution to a difficult (for me) problem. 247 were able to get my email system working and retrieve all my history having lost the use of my laptop.
