I appreciate the mission behind the brand as I am in a continuous chase for non plastic and bio products.

Talking about my preferences: I would have preferred the button to be of a different material than the overall brush and more pushy. The brush head could have had more brushing material and longer as well. Changing from a bamboo toothbrush with longer and more dense brush, I can see how much value that has.

The carrying/self cleaning case could have been a bit smaller and less square (considering that it does not have a battery on its own is a bit too bulky), a bit unfriendly to take on a trip. I prefer to carry the brush and head in the separate paper bag and leave the case home - not so convenient.

Overall I consider it a nice object with great battery life.

Better than expected. But I am still not sure of my Sony toothbrush bamboo is plastic free).
Fast delivery and good service

After booking a car via HolidayAutos and paying in advance also a premium insurance (which technically will spare the customer from any deposit upon pick-up, apart from the typical 100€ for gas) they refused to give me the car based on the reason of not having a credit card (I had only debit) !! So basically I was left without the car, and without returned money.
Reason was that “it was written on the voucher that debit card will not be accepted”. Then why do you even accept reservation payments from debit cards? It was like a black mirror episode.
Terrible, terrible if these kind of text formality anomalies are making companies as such stripping money out of people!
Shame on you!!!!
