Extremely disappointing experience — I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

I purchased two fridges from this company. One arrived faulty and, despite repeated attempts to contact them, the issue still has not been resolved. The fridge remains faulty.

I also cancelled the second fridge after the delivery took more than two full weeks, yet I was still charged despite the cancellation.

I have emailed the company multiple times about both issues and have received absolutely no response. The lack of customer service and communication is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Spend a few pounds extra and go to Nisbet instead. Their customer service and overall experience are far better.

This has been a very poor experience so far, and the matter is still not resolved. I will certainly not be using this company again.

Had a good offer to Dubai so I booked it for the family. But when I arrived at the hotel got a surprised bill of 20aed per day tax which I understand loveholidays did explain in their website. But I got smashed by 1000aed deposit for staying, would’ve been nice if I was warned about this before hand. To everyone that’s booking make sure you check before booking or have that money spare!
