The plant I ordered arrived with two completely yellow leaves, and two almost yellow leaves. When I complained about it, the answer was that this happened during transport. I don’t think that leaves of an Alocasia go from green to yellow in 3 days. As an answer they offered 25% discount on a new order… as if.

Im April 2022 habe ich Schuhe bestellt, die bis heute nicht geliefert wurden. Auf wiederholte Nachfrage wird beteuert, dass man mir mein Geld bald zurückzahlen wird - dies schreibt man mir seit Anfang des Jahres. Bis heute habe ich weder mein Geld noch die Ware erhalten. Icih werde endlos hingehalten und erhalte Mails wie sie hier auch im Verlauf zu sehen sind. Absolute Vorsicht vor dieser Firma!!!!!!!!!!!

Das Unternehmen liebt es, auf jede negative Bewertung eine copy/paste-Antwort zu senden, in der zum wiederholten Male auf Schwierigkeiten hingewiesen wird. Außerdem wird zum wiederholten Mal versichert, dass das Geld zeitnah zurückerstattet wird. Diese zeitnahe Erstattung dauert mittlweile knapp zwei Monate. Diese Firma ist eine ernstzunehmende Katastrophe. Vorsicht!!!

Nochmal antworte ich auf die zweite Antwort von Undandy auf meine Bewertung.
Ein weiteres Mal wird mir versichert, dass ich mein Geld zurück erhalte. Einweiteres Mal wird um Verständnis gebeten. In einer direkten Mail an mich wird mir zum wiederholten Male gesagt, dass die Rückerstattung in Arbeit sei. Die Rückerstattung ist seit Wochen in Arbeit. Angeblich würde es 15 Tage dauern bis die Rückerstattung durchgeführt werden kann. Abgesehen davon, dass sie schon 50 Tage benötigt, frage ich mich, warum eine Erstattung so lange dauert. Das ist eine Sache von 5 Minuten. Entweder will Undandy nicht erstatten oder kann nicht mehr. Auf jeden Fall ist es eine unerträgliche Situation. Ganz offensichtlich will man mir mein Geld nicht erstatten. Oder doch? Dann bitte ich um dringenden Vollzug!

Ich antworte auf die Antwort von Undandy auf meine vorangegangene Bewertung.
Die gleiche Antwort haben andere auch bereits erhalten. Anstatt sich damit aufzuhalten, auf Bewertungen zu antworten, wäre es schön, wenn emails beantwortet werden würden oder Geld zurückgezahlt werden würde. Seit Monaten warte ich auf mein Geld. Emails werden nicht mehr beantwortet. Auf Instagram wird ebenfalls nicht mehr geantwortet, obwohl noch fleißig gepostet wird, und die negativen Kommentare sich häufen. Die Telefonnummer ist abgeschaltet. Diese Firma arbeitet nicht mehr, nimmt aber weiterhin Bestellungen und Geld entgegen. Das ist kriminell. Ich werde nicht müde werden, meine negativen Erfahrungen hier auszutauschen, weil es ein unerträgliches Verhalten ist.

Indeed, we can confirm that your order was not the only one impacted by the slow down of our services and suppliers at the hand of the previous global times, Jens. Ich warte seit Monaten auf meine Ware, wurde permanent vertröstet. Logistische Schwierigkeiten seien das Problem. Inzwischen bin ich mit der Geduld am Ende und habe mein Geld zurückverlangt. Seitdem bekomme ich keine Antwort. Obwohl ich breits zwei Mal dort gekauft habe und meine Ware bekommen habe, ist diese Firma plötzlich zu einem Problemfall geworden. Nichts bestellen!!!!
