Awful company, faulty boots

Incredible,

Received dr Martens boots.. half of the stitchings on the left boot were missing , incredible that this article was sold.

Useful customer service

UPDATE: the customer service was very useful i am very thankful to them, they showed professionalism and showed that they can offer a solution while following company guidelines. A really professional company. vittoria was amazing, she did an amazing job handling the situation.

They act very professional, but their policy is just very unfair to the customer. The point is i received rayban sunglasses which seemed fine, but the first time i put them on for 1 hour, the screw started unscrewing and the left lense came off totally. The glasses were rimless sunglasses so the lense is attached to the frame jsut on that screw. i have several ray bans bought from shops and not an issue.

We had offered our assistance and, if an actual defect or damage had been confirmed, we would have certainly proceeded with a replacement or repair. However, before doing so, we needed to receive and verify the product in our lab, as required by procedure.

It’s also possible that, during transportation, the small screw may have slightly loosened and eventually come off when the glasses were first worn — this can occasionally happen with rimless frames.
