We travelled by Air India from London to Delhi the in-flight service was excellent. The crew Hardeep kaur, jyotsna Sachdeva, Priyanka sharma, Vivek Thapa were attentive and helpful. The overall experience was really good

Terrible experience… we were in Milan for 2 days and unfortunately decided to book with this company.
First on arriving to pick up the car they said we don’t have the correct paperwork ( despite us having it)
Said that couldn’t cancel either.
We went back to the hotel (3 hrs back and forth) to get the documents and returned and then they found something else! ‘System doesn’t allow’
We lost 6 hours in a prime time day out of a weekend break simply because we booked with this company. Avoid like hell!
