It took a long time to get the mattress (about 6 weeks), but when it came it was conveniently packaged. It was rolled making it very easy to get upstairs and into the bedroom. My first nights sleep was fantastic - clearly demonstrating how rotten my old mattress was. Over time it's gotten a little worse to be honest, I guess this is the memory foam adjusting to me. I'll give it a few more weeks before I make a final verdict.

Do overall, good. Wished it hadn't taken so long for delivery, that was below my expectations on ordering. But everything else, good so far.

I ran into a problem, and the whole system had to be rebuilt. Your support specialist was incredibly helpful and reassuring me, wlking me through every step, and calling me back to check on progress.
