We are in a full fibre area and only Fibrely seemed able to promise that our copper connection could be switched to a full fibre one. Miles was extremely helpful and checked everything in detail. A breath of fresh air vs the larger company call centers. Fingers crossed this switch all happens as promised!

On the phone it was good, the representatives were helpful and it really is a good product for young drivers, especially if they are going to transition from provisional to full licence holders, the price change is very fair, unlike most others. However their web site would not move from page 1 which was frustrating so had to do it obn the phone.

Small order, but excellent customer service and follow up. The stock was at Brigstock and they moved it to their Corby site for collection. Very friendly, very flexible people on the customer service side.
