I ordered a pregnancy pillow in August which was delivered longer than shipping stated on the website. It arrived and not one measurement matched the website. I asked to return the item and was offered 30% cash back and for them to send me another incorrect pillow. I opted for a full refund instead, it took 3 months for the communication to be finalised and for them to allow the return as they repsond once every few weeks so I had to do the same. They also made me pay for the shipping them it was there product that was faulty and I have receieved the refund, but still so many unanswered emails.

You provided an alternative option for a light that was discontinued which made it effortless to replace and not needing to rewire and purchase a whole new electical system is fantastic, especially because I would not know what to buy. The delivery is also always fast and you keep me involved via email throughout the process which is appreciated.

I ordered socks as an anniversary gift. I was told that my parcel was sent somewhere else and that this has never happened before. After reading the reviews, I assume this always happens and I regret ordering from them. After months of cashing them they have now decided not to answer any of my emails and I still have no idea what is going on. Do not buy anything from them as their excuse to everything is that they are a small company.
