Review of EasyPark Sverige
They charge a service fee, which they’re not allowed to do, but have found some loophole to do so anyway. The only way to not have to pay this is via their website (not the app), apparently, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to. Meaning, they can say that you can turn off the service fee, but make it as difficult as possible to find it.
Review of albelli
Awful customer service. I wanted to cancel my order because I wanted to add extra photos. Sent an email, to which I got no reply. You can only call them on certain days, so I couldn't contact them any other way. Two days later status of my order said "sent".
I also wanted to order two extra albums with my order with discount, which I now can't.
Well done, Albelli, you just lost money and a customer.
