Poor communication

TV was taken away for a week, last Friday the engineer turned up at 10:20am when the house was empty - there was no communication to let me know that the TV had been repaired or not or no prior warning that the engineer was on the way. I had a missed call from a with-held number so couldn’t ring anyone back. Still no contact from the engineer and still waiting for my TV back. I have tried to contact the repair company but have no answer at 8:20 Friday 19th of August.
