I was impressed by the delivery times & the prices.

I was impressed by the delivery times.
The prices are also very reasonable.
Website needs tweaking for sure.
Flavours need more description, rather than giving snazzy names. I miss the tobacco flavours, i prefer a bit of bitterness, everything seems to be going towards a sweet tooth which i believe is targeting a certain audience. On the whole a pleasant experience .

Beautiful scents

I love all the fragrances that i have bought from this house & i think its because he builds the scent profile differently more eastern & powerhouses.
Also Aaron feels like a normal guy on his YT channel & comes across as genuine & very honest.
Only downside of his creations are the vulgar names he chooses to name some of them.
I don’t get that!🙈

The website is irritating

The website has irritating pop ups, then its slow to respond.The way the site is set up needs better attention..
I want to go to any fragrance & immediately know what its a dupe of.
The people behind the counter serving needs to be better trained , tbh they are not business minded, just minions.

Tap had a manufacturing fault

Tap had a manufacturing fault, found on installing.
Emailed this company, either same day or next day, received a call back from Suhil asking for a video or photos. Received a call back from Suhil telling me they will send a new unit out tomorrow.
Suhil kept me informed all the time way, even telling me the exact time of the Dpd courier.
