Posted advert in the morning and sold my wheels in the afternoon. Very happy with the experience.

Bought MS Office 2024, code arrived swiftly. Had a problem installing the software, emailed MS Software and got a reply back that day which solved the problem. The code I was sent with my purchace worked perfectly and I was sent a link to download the software. The problem I had was with my laptop and not to do with the software. Great company to deal with, will use again.

So much quicker and easier than taking repeat prescription to surgery, saves me loads of time.

Great service, very quick delivery and very competitive price. I had to change the order last minute and they did their best to get it all changed at 6.45pm on Friday, the battery arrive the next day, you can't ask for more.

I ordered 2x oak gates, oak gate posts and oak fence posts. I was a little concended after reading reviews to if and when our order would arrive, but our order arrived just after a week, which was very good. Our gates and gate posts are good quality and well priced. The oak fence posts, were a different story. The was no quality control, 4 posts were so bad I had to return them and the others are ok, but I am not overly pleased with them. One has woodworm in it, but is good quality timber, so I am going to treat it and use it and another I will have to fill a hole with filler before I can use it. UK Timber were very quick at replacing the bad posts, it was less than a week, so I am very pleased with that and thank them for the service.

Summary:
Good quality and value gates and gate posts.
Fence posts very variable, poor quality control and quality of posts not that great.
Expensive transport charges.
Good customers service on phone and replacments sent out quick.
Overall experience was positive, I think quality of products is pot luck due to the large volume of orders going through business and the variable nature of wood.
