After ordering my item (what I assumed was a warm winter coat), I sadly read all these reviews and spent the next 10 days worrying about whether my bank account would be emptied. The item turned up, but bore absolutely no resemblance to the item I ordered. In essence, I also received a rubbish, thin hoodie that I had spent £40 on. I have emailed them but am not expecting a reply. Lessons learnt. Appalling.

After waiting for 2 weeks, my tracking information was updated to say that my package had been delivered through my letterbox. This did not happen as I was at home the whole day.

Following an email to the support address, they advised me that the package had been delivered and to check with my local post office, which is pointless as I had no idea who the carrier was. They also said that my second order was in transit, despite never having ordered anything else. I queried this.

Apparently there is now an investigation into what happened to the order, but I was once again cheerfully informed that my second package is in transit. I have yet to find out what this is... I guess someone won't be getting a Christmas present this year.

I placed an order and monitored the tracking information (I live in the UK). After a two week wait, bearing in mind this is a Christmas present, the tracking information was updated stating "your package was posted through your letterbox at 10am on 10th December". It wasn't as I was here all morning. My emails to the support address get bounced back, I have spoken to a number of my neighbours in case it was mistakenly posted to them and nothing. So I cannot contact them, there is no Christmas present and I remain out of pocket. Appalling service.

They will use any excuse to wriggle out of a warranty agreement.
