We bought a beautiful vase

We bought a beautiful vase, they weren’t happy with the casting of the batch colour I had bought, they offered me an alternative option or refund or to wait! I opted to wait and they kept me updated weekly so I didn’t feel ignored! Fantastic customer service Dan was excellent! Thank you
