I always buy my Flaked Almonds,shelled pistachios,flaked Brazils , sunflower and pumpkin seeds 100% chocolate bars , prunes and yesterday a kilo of pecans.
It all tastes good, the staff are helpful AND with my loyalty card I had enough points to save over£4 on my pecans.
What’s not to like

The “ usual “ brilliant stuff.
I telephoned the office ( because I don’t like ordering stuff online)
I ordered the gloves, with a really helpful member of the team
The gloves came a couple of days later
It doesn’t get any better than this

Placed a telephone order for some laytex powdered disposable gloves , with a really helpful ,upbeat ,knowledgeable and so easy to deal with member of staff . Their incoming stock didn’t arrive,so they offered me a couple of alternatives, the substitute gloves arrived ( to me ) on time AND they are just as good as the originals ( I had been using for years)
Customer service doesn’t get any better than this

Arrived for my routine clean , the receptionist directed me to the upstairs waiting room. A short wait and I was in the chair and an absolutely lovely,caring couple of technicians got to work. Really considerate about my wellbeing and comfort . Im guessing ( from their experience) they could tell I was really nervous ( understatement) i would 100% recommend.

The appointment date was made at my convenience, the service engineers telephoned to say’ we are on our way’ they arrived complete with a “ can do attitude “ and a smile……..did the repair, tested the machine to make sure it was definitely working then put the machine back in its place, made sure we understood what had been done then left. I couldn’t have asked for more. Bloody Brilliant

I placed my order , the gloves were temporarily out of stock. The company took the trouble to email me ,to keep me informed and the gloves were delivered sooner than expected. It makes a nice change ( in today’s world) that there are still companies around that care about customer service.

It was lovely dealing with Sam ( at the checkout) the lady you would invite to your BBQ . Of an age where the customer can feel safe to have a bit of ( appropriate) banter .

Changed my delivery address ( the day before delivery) no drama ,and parcel arrived on time ,delivered by a happy smiling driver. What’s not to like

I ordered one bathroom mirror, standard delivery. It came the next day ,very well packed, and ( although I haven’t wired it in) looks a good quality especially for the price paid . Based on this experience I ordered the same mirror for another bathroom. Brilliant

For Perfume, this shop has it all . The young staff were bubbly and keen to help . I gave them my brief, and they delivered . My Teenage Granddaughter loved her perfume. Brilliant.
