Hozelock Hose
My recent purchase of a 30m hose , which was a great price on there summer sale just £10 for a 30m hose great value I thought.
Got home fitted some fittings to test the hose .
All seemed OK so went to do other bits in the garden , after around 10 minutes looked over and there's water spraying all over the place, hose had split
Tried Toolstation help line
The Friday I purchased the hose closed
Saturday Closed , Sunday closed
Monday closed .
Went back to the shop explained what had happened so could you order me another one
None stock in the country , but I have a 50m one for £20 or I can give you a refund
I explained to him I really need the hose , I'm on a really low income due to having terminal cancer, I do not have another £10 to buy the 50m hose
So returned home with a faulty branded make hose which I then had to repair twice due to one split and then the hose expanding to 3 times its normal size as it looked like it was about to explode.
So not the best experience to be honest
