Review of DPD UK
I received 3 emails from DPD letting me know that they were unable to deliver my parcel. The 4th announced that it is waiting for me at a post office in Colchester.
We are a farm, the office is continually manned, there are other people working in the farm buildings.
No other carrier has an issue, indeed DPD find us several times a week.
I have not been to collect the parcel and there is no means of getting through DPD’s automated system to talk to anyone.
