I returned from Mom'z retreat just over a week ago and still feeling the withdrawal symptoms... the retreat offered a great combination of activities from physical, intellectual, spiritual and social realms - all that done with love, care and attention to detail from its creators. It is my pleasure to recommend Sellmer clinic! After exploring other clinics in Denmark (initial consultation), we have decided to place our trust in IVF journey to Sellmer and have no regrets. We are an international couple living in Copenhagen and have been trying to get pregnant on our own for a year and a half before deciding on IVF (including 3 failed IUIs in between). At every step of the way, I felt supported, cared for, not overwhelmed by information (as it was shared at appropriate times in the journey). I have had a very positive IVF journey that resulted in pregnancy after first fresh transfer. Everyone in the clinic - doctors, nurses, office staff - are friendly, knowledgable, respond quickly, honest about statistics and expectations. I was 41 at the beginning of our journey and as I'm writing this I'm 9 weeks pregnant. Thank you for helping us make our wish come true!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (READ BELOW FOR UPDATE): July 9, 2024:

I have opened up a case in Oct 2023 after Lufthansa ignored my compensation request for over 3 hour delayed flight. My flight number was even listed on FlightRight's website as one of the known delays eligible for compensation. After months of back and forth email, latest one claiming they will take Lufthansa to court, I was issued an explanation of case closure, which doesn't even apply to my case (it was claiming I was INFORMED ahead of time flight change number, so noone even bothered to look into the case to make sure they're responding to the correct case). Terrible.

UPDATE: Sept. 2, 2024.

Upon submittal of my original review, I was contacted by a representative from TrustPilot who then worked with me to rectify the situation. My case was now handled by a person, instead of irrelevant automated system responses. As a result, airline has offered the expected compensation amount. I wish I got this service from the beginning - I am changing my review from 1/5 to 3/5 due to all of the above.

I had a nice experience with picking up the bike. Let’s see how well it will serve me :)

I love the service. I love how, living and Copenhagen and using Donkeys here, I can then go to Amsterdam, open my app, and explore the city, using my current plan (which is 12 hours a day for free). They used to have a plan where you could have 7 days for free, hopefully they bring that one back at some point. :) Keep up the great work, guys!
