I made reservations for a minivan to move out of an apartment. Moving only clothes and personal belongings, no furniture. I already scheduled my move out with everyone, so rescheduling was not easy or inexpensive. They called me just a little over an hour before pickup to tell me that they were overbooked. No offer to make things better by offering a future discount or anything other than telling me that I was left high and dry at the last minute. They did point to their truck rental company, but said that it was an independent company and would not be able to honor the price or transfer the reservation. They lost my future business.

My 401K just got started at Empower when I changed jobs, so they rolled it over into an IRA with Millennium Trust. I received no notice of what had happened to my money, so I had to request this information from Empower. After I contacted Millennium Trust, they gave me a set of instructions to set up my account online before they would give me answers or an account number, then charged me $30 for doing so. I've never heard of this company and never consented to do business with them. I want my $514 sent to me or rolled over to a reputable company like Fidelity. Since I can't talk to a live person at Millennium Trust to get resolution, I'm talking to attorneys.
