I am thoughtful about most everything I do - what I eat, getting enough exercise, taking vitamins, even personal and home cleanliness. But I found as the pandemic continued, I was not at all thoughtful - mindful - about what I was drinking. Cutback coach has really helped me in rediscovering that necessary skill. It doesn’t mean I haven’t slipped up but not often and I’ve already cut my weekly drinks about in half. I also really appreciate their emails of encouragement. I save them a reread them a couple of times a week.
