I asked for help and Marcus returned my email very quickly with two suggestions - one complicated but with easy to follow instructions. I am an 81 year old with very little understanding of technology but followed Marcus's instructions and did a factory reset on my recorder successfully. Humax customer service is second to none!

I have been converted to Shay & Blue after a lifetime of trialling various perfumes. The pure and clean fragrances offer an individual perfume experience and elicit many compliments. My favourites are the florals including Atropa Belladonna and Tallulah's Camellia which I repurchase. I do like to experiment so being able to purchase the 2 ml samples enables me to branch out to find my next fragrance.

It really is the most exciting Perfume Company as it offers such a different experience.

The only problem I have had with all the meals I ordered was the amount of salt in them. I, personally, do not like any food to be over seasoned with salt so although I liked the choice of meals, I shall not reorder as, to my palate, they are dominated by the taste of salt! I am of the opinion that you can always add more salt but sadly cannot remove it.

I had not received any statements since March, queried it with customer services, and the problem was resolved very quickly. The response I received was courteous, friendly and an excellent example of a very well run complaints department. Well done and thank you!

As an oap having just come out of hospital again, I retuned my HUMAX and something went wrong. I was feeling very tired and enlisted the help of the customer support team. The service I received was second to none. I received step by step instructions which I attempted to follow but I messed up the last instructions. I was telephoned and talked through the whole process so that everything was put back into full working order.

The patience and care shown was exemplary. I am great fan of my Humax, but for the customer support alone, they are outstanding!
