The app is good. Especially the new tutors. But it has bugs. I started the get-to-know lesson, it stopped in the middle of the second game, and I was suggested to chose the plan. After I confirmed, it returned to lessons, but it started from the beginning. It switched language of speaking and learning to English, which i did not choose. I was answering in language I did actually learn, but it still assessed me as I was learning English. I also see it in my plan as one of the learning languages.

The page is very clear and easy to browse. I only struggled to find the menu for additional licenses to pay.
The program is easy to use, has useful additional options.
All in all you get very good package and service. But I paid my Premium with a big discount offered, otherwise I would switch to Basic or use another antivirus, because Total AV is very expensive for my type of use (home computers).
