Bought pc parts from Alternate.de they are fast like a crazy. 15.05.23 i bought today was in my house i didnt expect so fast. After that order i bought 3-5 parts again then now i saw they also in DHL. Amazing fast shipping i m really happy. Btw First 3 parts was in good condition no damage at all and package was really good. Thank you Alternate.de.

Most worst platform ever. After 10 days they answer my ticket. Their support is really worst in world. is ebay going to bankrupt? no idea. ticket:10793023.
after 10 days they didnt even explain why my account is blocked. i didnt even sell my own product in that platform it is like a joke.

if i give this company -5 i can give -5 points them. Disgusting experience i had in 1 month.

The best company ever. Now almost 2 year they are really perfect. Every product condition was really so good. Costumer service also so nice. You can rent your product if you want to buy after example 17 months you can buy with 1 eur. i paid 1 of product i rented from them like was last 3 months i paid all and now it is mine. Another good thing is grovercare your product is in guarantee.

So i editing this, it is important for who buying anything from them out of UK. From Germany i bought one wheel surestance footpad. There is 2-3 option i found and i choice them cause i want to fast as possible. i ask them from live chat (Amy) told me tax like %6. And also i paid for small box 25 pound transport price and i think maybe they doing most of tax thing. But they no idea whats going on. They send me with fedex which this area köln offenburg freiburg they are really bad. They dont care your package. They asking stupid documents and infos about payment which is allready they have it. So this company no idea about transport. they are not worn you cause if you learn about real tax price you dont want to buy anything from them. And also fedex not sending you tax prices before, they send you after so you cant denied. And i had post from fedex it is 45 eur tax for 145 eur product. Yes 145 eur product i need to pay 45 eur tax nice right?%6 ha? This product almost take 20 days transport. that experience totaly was soo bad for me. Out from UK dont buy anything dont pay this nonsense taxes.

He told me they wants to pay half of my tax prices thats really kind.
First of all i diddnt expect that. That was big suprise for me. They did really good thing that means they care at the some point. So thats why i change my review for mr. Duncan. Thank you.
