Didnt need the car for the full duration. Called them to return the car earlier without a refund and guess what!!! It cost half the monthly rental to return 2 weeks earlier. Doesn't make any sense. So the car is sat on the drive. Rude agent. Last time we use them.

Totally a scam. Never been able to claim what I apparently won and paid for by the way... and they keep calling to sell you more

Ordered an expensive coat 2 weeks prior to Christmas and they did not have the size in stores. Ordered online from the store. Order dispatched and went missing. I had to chase UPS to finally find out they could not locate my parcel and to call Hugo Boss.
Answer from customer service was. So sorry to hear that and I wonder why UPS would share with you that they could not locate the parcel. Will take up to 7 days to work out between us and UPS. Will let you know....
To which I asked what they would do in the meantime as Christmas is a few days away.
Unfortunately...nothing.
For such expensive products..very lame customer service.

The biggest scam ever. Just got a call from the rep who is not happy that I decided to close my account months ago, actually. They keep calling me week after week, with a different rep and irrespective of me not wanting to close my account they keep ignoring my request.
Today it reached a different level and the guy had the guts to tell me that I can go se the pope if I want because he can do what he likes.... never in a million years pit your money with this fake company
