Worst transport company ever.
Drivers switch lanes without signalling and they're also dangerous for the people inside their buses because they're incapable of driving normally. Old people should avoid using this company. My mom had lots of bad experiences, too.
The company is always on useless strikes.
Drivers don't speak English.
Buses like 94 are dirty, hot, overcrowded and sometimes people faint.
Not only do drivers avoid stopping and getting you in, but they sometimes also skip bus stops even if you pushed the button one minute earlier.
The buses they have are not manufactured in Italy and they exploit inner space very badly.
And I could go on for hours...
