Positive experience after long wait on the line. It was worth calling and talking to a real person. I found out how to upgrade my domain to a website package and how to set up a landing page with contact info while I build a new site. All info I couldn't easily find while search online.

The ordering process was easy and when I had a problem with my file I got quick help via the chat. The order came when they said it would. Along with the courier tracking, everything was great.

We received a last minute invitation to visit friends, as often happens, and our neighbour who usually looks after our cat also had plans and wasn't going to be home either. We didn't want to send our cat to a cattery because the last time we did that she got very sick. Not being locals to the city where we live and not having family here, we were suddenly at a loose end. Then a friend told me about Pawshake. We contacted a sitter near us and the rest is history. She came and met our cat. They hit it off straight away. The weekend went perfectly. I got photo updates every time sitter came by. We got home to a very happy cat.
