Not what is advertised.
The delivery took ages because it was shipped from China.
The app is really bad and wants full access to all my phone data - why do you need to read my SMS and see my contacts etc?
The app keeps an annoying alert that because I haven't given it access to all my phone data and is impossible to switch off.
The app looks really rubbish and I can't see weekly trends etc
The number of exercise options in the app is very limited.
The only app it can connect to on my android phone is Google Fit. It doesn't connect to My fitness Pro.
The sleep data is garbage. It recorded me as still sleeping when I was awake checking my phone. My old Samsung Ring was much more accurate.
The steps don't match Google Fit, by a huge margin, so one of these is wrong (my Samsung Ring matched Google Fit pretty closely!)
The body is plastic, not metal, so no idea how long it will last.
If my Samsung Ring battery hadn't started failing, I would not have bought this piece of junk.

Used this company for about a year and was very happy with their products and service but their website, socials and telegram chat have all gone down, so no idea what has happened. I'd be interested to know what the situation is.

I bought these with low expectations and when they took longer than expected to come, my expectations dropped even further, but when they finally arrived inwas very pleased.

They are clearly not UK based, which was why they took ages to come, but they were worth the wait. Very comfortable, well made and way better than I expected.

Did my first gym work out with them today and it was almost as good as when I actually go barefoot (I hate doing squats in trainers). I'll go back to actual barefoot for my weights in the summer, but these are very good for the winter.

Felt nice when I was walking and cycling too.

I'm going to buy a few more before the price goes up. Very good value shoes (when they finally arrive!)

They called to say my son would be refunded on Monday due to system issues last week, it is now Friday and they still have not issued a refund. We have now reported them to the police on Action Fraud. The company who take the payments are called SOFY 82 UK LTD and they are listed on the Companies House Register, Company number 1254384, so if enough people who have been scammed report them to Action Fraud, they should be forced to close down.

My son, Daniel booked your services for an end of tenancy clean, scheduled for Sunday 30 July, at his flat London, SE1 but you failed to turn up.
Daniel has requested the fees back, but you have failed to refund his money, so he is now out of pocket for your failed services, payment to his keyholder and also for missed rental income as he cannot rent out his flat until it has been properly cleaned.
Please can you confirm that Daniel’s refund has been paid and provide evidence of the transfer of the same. If the refund has not been made, please can you explain why you have not refunded his money yet for the service you failed to provide?

I am on day 12 and I still don't have the result for the day 2 test which was sent back the same day I took it.

The 8 day test kit just arrived and I'm sending it back as they are too late.

Woeful company, do not buy anything from them.

I am still trying to get my money refunded.

Wait the 14 days - you don't need to buy another test and contact your bank for a refund.

SCAMMING, THIEVING COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ON THE LIST

REPLY - Your refunds team refused to accept responsibility for the total lack of service already and refused to refund my money.

Offering people a chance to email your refunds department, but still refusing to refund their money does not mean you are not scammers, you just want to keep taking people's money and pretend you are a legitimate company.

Left on time, got in on time and the food was fine.
