I recently had a virtual viewing with Bread & Butter for a place that's being refurbished, and it was such a smooth experience! Booking it was super easy, and they gave me loads of example pics, mood boards, and even virtual tours of similar properties, so I had a clear idea of what mine would look like. Guy, the person who did the viewing, was awesome—he answered all my questions. The whole process, right through to reserving the property, was a breeze.

Sadly they seem to have become overwhelmed. Back at the beginning of June when I first dealt with them and ordered the kits they were v helpful & quick. But now you cannot get through to the helpline, no one is responding to 4 week old emails and refunds are not being processed. I am seeing comments that people are not receiving their tests/results in time for holidays so really it's not worth the risk using them.
