Customer service is very responsive and truly helpful. The delivery person was equally excellent, conscientious and very very nice. Even when issues arise, they are diligent, true to their word, and really do make sure your package isn't lost. Paak is one of the very best carriers in the EU. I wish I knew the delivery man's name or I would have made sure to compliment him in this review. He rang my apartment from the lobby of my building and when he didn't recieve a response from me, he didn't simply walk away. He called me on my cellphone and announced himself. I am hard of hearing, and there are times when I don't hear the intercom ring. Other carriers who I will not name -- but if you live in Portugal, you will already know that carrier's name -- other carriers are widely known to just walk away. Worse, certain carriers are so unwilling to ride up an elevator to complete delivery. Instead, they will force open the lobby mailbox, not to mention my neighbor's mailboxes in the lobby, so they can just stuff the packages inside. Thanks to that particular carrier, many of our mailboxes are damaged and broken open. This is not Paak. Paak's service ïs professional and it is obvious that everyone in the logistics chain cares very much about being the best in the business. I am always glad when I receive notification that Paak is the delivery service that is in charge of moving the package from origin to my door. What else can I say? Reputation is everything and in my opinion, Paak's reputation is the best in the business.
