So happy that I pre-ordered with Gathering Games my Riftbound Booster boxes, I have had other stores that cancelled my orders but not Gathering games.
The best part was that not only did they not cancel my pre-order, when I was making my initial pre-order back in May 25, they price matched with another store.
Super amazing experience ordering and very very happy with the service.

Really bad customer service, they didnt notify me that my order was cancelled, I just saw a credit card reversal. I made a pre-order for Riftbound Origins. I ordered 5 months before release (May 2025) and made sure they had enough inventory and stuff before ordering but hey around release time they truly kicked you to the curb and didnt honour their pre-order. They are blaming allocation and what not, then dont take pre-orders. Or take only what you can. Coz I had checked multiple times with them if they would honour the pre-order and they confirmed that they would

Review of Ace Grading
Ok, so grading for the second time with ACE. I have issues with the following
1. Forced to pay for the Ultra Service (coz everything else was closed, what a rip off)
2. Even with Ultra, there is no detailed report of the grades
3. You have to purchase grade reports separately, like what??
4. I purchased the report, and all it says is a generic image that these are points of interest, like what does that even mean? Not telling what the actual issue is . So feels like totally ripped off. Non-clickable points of interest, what the issues are, dents? Print lines? Surface issue? Edge ware?
5. Also, when you search for cert no: you don't see the card image, I thought that's a basic industry standard
I have issues with other graders as well, but this just feels like a place that pretends to be transparent but is as opaque as PSA and CGC, and just tries to do we are super hard graders, but where is the proof buddy, Show us the real reasons as to why a card lost grade and not just give, Points of interest.
