Have ordered many times from this company. The product is always authentic, well packaged, and fairly priced. Always delivered quickly too. And they care about their loyal customers :)

Placed a small order of 4 packs of laminate flooring, approximately 8m2. Over half of the boards had obvious defects, big chips and cracks particularly up the same end (boxes clearly not been handled very well in the warehouse or by the courier). Lost a days pay as couldn't fit the job, asked for a 75% refund on the product but was only offered a 25%. Accepted, have waited over the supposed "3-5 working days" to receive refund but have yet to receive it, although the company claim it was sent out the following day and have "started an investigation" to see whats happened. All in all, a terrible experience from start to finish, and has left me out of pocket in what we all know is already struggling times.

2 weeks after order and still awaiting delivery. Your delivery company is useless.
