I left a review here last week, Gigaclear replied straight away and requested contact details.
They only do this so that it looks like they are doing something- I supplied my contact details straight away and still have not been contacted.

They are also supposed to ask for reviews whether they are good or bad, but their survey only asks you to write a Trustpilot review if it's positive.

Its all smoke and mirrors.

Very unhappy with how my recent call was dealt with - as a customer of over 5 years I expected a little more understanding but the person who took my call had zero sympathy with my situation of having to move house (due to unforeseen circumstances) and Gigaclear not being able to provide service at my new address, they are charging me the full cancellation fee (I only signed up for another 18 months one month ago!)
