No clear prices, No english

No clear price, deal, deal, deal. And yet always end up paying more. Forced to use Dutch to stay on the NL site makes for a frustrating outdated experience.

I appreciate that at first, our discounts can come across as confusing. We do alter our discounts and promotions on a regular basis, which can fluctuate the price dependent on the product.

Whilst I understand how this can be frustrating at times, our main goal is always to ensure that our customers are offered the best deals possible. 

I think you are absolutely correct, a language selector is a great idea which is something that has been raised.

No stock, inept at every stage

No stock, no information 3 weeks after order, really difficult process for activating gift card. In store experience worse than useless. When I did call customer service re the delays on my order she was very helpful. But not enough to rescue this review I'm afraid.
